Original 1950’s Kiwi Bach which has recently gone through renovations but kept its old school charm. A quirky space with lots to offer and lots to do. The space The accommodation is a self-contained 2-bedroom unit downstairs, which has recently been renovated. It is tidy and comfortable for up to 5 guests. There is a large level front lawn to kick a ball around or relax in the sun. Neighbours and residents are very laid back and quiet. The property is mostly unoccupied during the week - the family use upstairs during school holidays and weekends. Guest access You will have full use of the downstairs unit which can accomodate up to 5 people. You can use the upstairs balcony which is accessible when we aren’t there. There is plenty of onsite parking. Other things to note Manly shops are a 15 minute walk or a 3 minute drive. Gulf Harbour is a 5 minute drive. Whangaparāoa shops are a 8 minute drive. Downtown Auckland is a 40 minute drive Auckland Airport is a 60 minute drive. Minimum standard cleaning charge of $50 applies on exit, as long as the property is left tidy and the exit list is actioned.. Short and long term accomodation available Linen is available onsite but guests are responsible for cleaning their own linen while staying.
