1 Bedroom (The King Suite)

The biggest room in the house which has a loft- Nice in winter, Warm in summer with a skylight that you can open - FANS are placed throughout to cool the air. The living-space has a balcony facing the north. The loft has a twin mattress if you choose to sleep there but ladder beware. The bed is a double which is very comfy. TV present in the room, netflix is free to you. NOTE: For the travel nurses and others on a work study stay for longer stays, I have dates blocked but inquire for avail. The space My home is spacious with maximum privacy for each person; elegant and quiet- art in every room. The kitchen has view on three fruit trees; room with a loft has view on a garden with three huge silver maple trees and some smaller. A wealth of birds- robins nested on the porch, sometimes finches, a hummingbird had two successful broods last year outside the kitchen door. The front porch area is nice, enjoyable to sit and read, relax. The house is very quiet and you'll enjoy your living space. Guest access Per Covid safety, please wear your mask when out of your room. Please sanitize and clean up after yourself when using the shared kitchen. Take out your trash, there is a bin in the front driveway. I am around cleaning and sanitizing the house daily mopping and wiping everything down with Clorax. If you need anything, let me know. The bathroom is shared with 1 other room if there is a guest, you can dine in the living room, cook in the kitchen. I do not stay in the house, you may use it as your own living space. Just be mindful there might be other guest living in the other rooms (3 BR) and to sanitize, wipe down and clean your area after use. Laundry washer and dryer free to use, I do provide laundry soap, fabric softener and dryer sheets. thank you, any other questions let me know. . During your stay I am respectful, I don't descriminate, I love you to feel appreciated and welcome, give respect to get respect, I am available for some socializing, give information about our town and area, ...just do the normal things a family host would do to make you feel at home..after all you are travelling, might be tired, or new to the area for a job and want to share your impressions.
