A splendid 75 m2 apartment on one floor consists of 1 living-dining room with fireplace and fully equipped American kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located in the exclusive Val de Ruda development, at the foot of the slopes on the Cota 1500. The master bedroom: 1 150cm bed for 2 people and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom: bunk bed and trundle bed for 3 people, a full bathroom with a shower. 1 parking space and ski storage included. Other things to note – TOURIST TAX. All reservations must pay the amount of the tourist tax that is €1.10 per person per night during the first 7 nights of stay. Those under the age of 16 are exempt from the rate. – CHECK-IN. From 5:00 pm on the day of your reservation, you have to come to our Alma de Nieve office in Baqueira (Carretera Port de la Bonaigua, Campalias building, local 3B (next to the Baqueira Pharmacy)). – CHECK IN OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS If your arrival is outside of our office hours, you will be left an envelope in your name in the mailbox that is located in front of our office, previously we will have contacted you, to inform you of the code of the mailbox to open it.
