Old renovated farmhouse in Valtin

Chances are you will like my house: renovated in an authentic style, simple and comfortable, it is close to the village and the country road, on the outskirts of the village, in a lovely, well-preserved valley, close to nature. Many hiking trails start here. Two restaurants and a bakery in the village, more shops 15 mn away by car (Fraize or Xonrupt-Longemer). To go skiing, look up : Hautes Navières, Col de la Schlucht, Lac Blanc, La Bresse (Hohneck et Lispach) and Gérardmer. The space A house where you will love to live, cook, sleep, unwind and spend relaxing moments among friends... The house is not permanently lived in. From September to May, pre-heating is activated remotely. Guest access A large house, an enclosure around the house and, beyond, a vast, unfenced piece of land at your disposal. Tourist tax (€0.75 per adult per night) is now collected and paid by AirBNB. Electricity consumption (including heating) is self-metered by the guests, for information, on our Linky meter, upon entering and leaving the house. I have access to detailed data on consumption on my EDF account. After you leave, I will send you a screen capture showing how much you consumed, in view of a separate direct settlement.
