My house is on a small & quiet street a short ride from district 1. There are a wide choice of cafes and traditional fooderies, all of which are very reasonably priced. I have two public terraces for relaxing, reading books or enjoying a complimentary drink. ★ If you are a traveller looking to explore a typical Vietnamese neighborhood, learning about the culture and people, and not just checking out the tourist attractions, then this is the perfect place for you! ★ This room is downstairs ★ The space I have two public terraces (one upstairs, one downstairs) for relaxing, reading book or enjoying a complimentary drink, the space is perfect for getting some work done. The space has an open space concept, all the rooms will have access to the open space. Guest access You can use the kitchen, the communal fridge, the terrace and the communal bathroom at all times. If you would like to charge your electrical equipment while you're in the communal area we have many plugs intergrated there. During your stay - I have an architecture & design business. I stay in my house nearby (around 10 minutes away). - When you check in, my team (Minh, uncle Nam and Mai) will help me arrange for your stay and show you around. - My phone is with me 24/24 so don't hesitate to message me on airbnb or call me anytime you need help. :-)
