Renting a cosy room with sofa bed. 2 minutes walk to 6 train, 5 minutes to museum line and Central Park. 6 train will get you to Grand Central in 12 minutes. Enjoy NYC at your fingertips while living like a local. The building doesn’t have an elevator or doorman. It’s a walk up and the apartment is on the 4th floor. The space My space is comfortable and cozy. I want you feel home while staying with me. The sofa bed accommodates 2 people. Sheets, towels are provided. WiFi available. The room is bright and facing the main street . Guest access Your bedroom is private with the lock. The kitchen and bathroom is shared. During your stay I am available on WhatsApp, email, phone. I often work from home and generally always available if you need anything. However, I try to give as much privacy as guests want. Other things to note Checkout time is 10 am. However, if due to a later transportation you would like to leave your bags, it will be an additional charge of $10/bag and bags must be picked up by 5pm that day to avoid additional bag changes.
