Welcome to our spacious urban apartment, fully equipped and carefully decorated to create a unique, charming, and colorful atmosphere. The apartment is conveniently located, only a 5 min walk from the National Theatre. During the festivals, you will be minutes away from the center of events and still enjoy the benefits of a quiet neighborhood. The view from the window is particularly striking at night. Please note that there are 61 stairs to climb to the apartment. The space This large 60 sqm apartment is newly refurbished and fully equipped and it consists of a living room with an open space kitchen and work area, comfortable bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The apartment has a queen sized (160 cm wide) bed, and a comfortable fold down sofa that turns into double bed. The living room area is dominated by large french window that offers unforgettable view of the city's landscape. Curl up in the cosy armchairs with a coffee, drink or book and enjoy the view. Guest access The apartment is in a house that has been renovated for daily rent purposes. It has five apartments in total. The apartments share the main entrance and hallway, and each has its own bathroom and kitchen as well as a separate home alarm. There is fire alarm as well. As guests you have full access to an entire flat and nobody else will be present in the apartment during your stay. Laundry room, terrace and garden are shared spaces.
