Our cozy house is located in Krestovaya Padi, in a quiet place. It's a 5-minute walk from us to the lake shore. There is a parking lot, two open terraces, three bedrooms on the second floor, a spacious living room - a kitchen with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Rented for a period of 3 days to 4 weeks. The space We have a 2-storey cottage with 4 bedrooms and a large bathroom on the 2nd floor, a fireplace living room, a study, a kitchen-dining room on the 1st floor. There is also an exit to a spacious terrace. We are ready to accommodate 6 guests (three couples) at the specified price/day and for at least 3 days. If more guests need to be accommodated, the price is subject to change by agreement. Guests can use all the amenities in the house. The kitchen has everything you need: a built-in refrigerator, a glass-ceramic hob, a built-in oven, a microwave, a toaster, a capsule coffee machine, a set of dishes, etc. The hall has a TV panel connected to WiFi. And on the 1st floor there is a small bathroom with a shower cabin equipped with a hydromassage. Guest access No matter how you get to us, we will instruct you in detail in advance, and, if necessary, we will send you a map of the house. We have two parking lots. On both sides of the house. Other things to note The guest bedrooms are located on the second floor, there is also a shared bathroom with a bathtub. We named them "Marine", "Naughty Cat", "Lilac"😉. Sea and Lilac are suitable for couples, as they have double beds. Each of these bedrooms has a private balcony overlooking the village and Lake Baikal. The "Naughty Cat" is suitable for children or a family with children. There are two separate sofas that can be folded into 2 full double beds if necessary. There is no balcony, but the view from the windows to the Krestovaya Pad is very beautiful. Also next to our house, literally 30 m away, there is an equipped playground and a football field.
