Private, Clean, Remodeled in 2022 with new kitchen and master bathroom Our home is located in a tranquil community which is only 12.1 miles from Disney entrance. Private South Facing pool, games room, WiFi, TVs in all rooms, Central AirCon, and much more. Community is quiet and family oriented with fishing ponds (catch/release policy), basketball court, tennis court, 2 playgrounds, outdoor work out equipment, football/soccer field The space Cozy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a private south facing pool. Fully stocked kitchen, TVs in all rooms, games room Queen bedroom has HDTV with ROKU Twin Bedroom also has HDTV with ROKU Primary bedroom has a King size bed, ROKU TV, en-suite bathroom and a walk in closet Family Room has a Sofa and Love Seat, Ceiling Fan, and ROKU TV. Through the family room, you can enter the pool deck Kitchen has been recently remodeled with white cabinets and quartz countertops. Please note: Pool heat is optional and costs extra (must be ordered no later than two days before arrival) Pet restrictions - no farm animals. Cats have to be either declawed or trained not to scratch the furniture and door frames. Dogs must be kept off of the furniture and not potty in the house or on the deck. Must be leashed outside, and you have to pick up after them Note: No cable, No phone. FREE WIFI. TVs have ROKU channels and apps. You can log in to any app with your own subscription. Please do not forget to sign out to prevent next guests from using your account Guest access Guests have the use of the entire space. The home isn’t shared with anyone, neither is the pool. Private driveway for up to two vehicles. Community offers shares Tennis court, Basketball Court, playgrounds, and more No parking on the lawn, no street parking 11pm to 7 am. Do not block the side walk. NO RVs, trailers, jet skis, etc. Failure to follow the rules may result in a Citation - owner/management/AIRBNB aren't responsible for the citations. Max of two cars can fit on the driveway. If you need additional parking, you can park the car overnight next to one of the playgrounds - you Must get a temporary permit from a security guard. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in guests being vacated form the home by the Police, rental income will not be refunded, and deposit will be lost as well. Other things to note IMPORTANT: All residents are responsible for following trash and recycling rules of the community. No trailers, no jet skis, no boats, no RVs on the driveway. Do not park on the lawn and do not block the sidewalk. Code endorsement may issue a citation - we are not responsible for it.
