The villa is an integral part of a complex of three completely fenced units of 5000 square metres located about 200 metres from the sea and less than 3 km from the centre of San Vito Lo Capo. The space The property complex consists of three residential units, so we can accommodate groups of families located in independent housing for up to 18 beds. Other things to note This is a master villa spread over two floors, a basement used as a sleeping area with three bedrooms (two double and one with two single beds) plus a bathroom with shower and storage, and a ground floor used as a living area with kitchen,living/dining room, TV corner and an additional toilet with bathtub. The newly built property is air-conditioned, fully furnished and equipped with a modular kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, colour TV, plus two sofas with three seats in the living room. What makes it strong are the two covered outdoor verandas, a front furnished living room with slide and swing, and the back equipped with table and armchairs to enjoy meals outdoors. A large covered and equipped veranda with barbecue kitchenette and a comfortable outdoor shower will further encourage you to spend your holidays in the wonderful sea of Sicily. From our house, we descend directly to the sea, in the bay of Bue Marino, elected the Italian beach at the top of the 2015 Top-Ten classification by Repubblica and Lega Ambiente.
