The space With 3 comfortable bedrooms, the apartment sleeps up to 6 guests. Each room features 2 single beds and has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet—perfect for added privacy and convenience. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you might need to prepare your meals during your stay. Guests can also enjoy a portable braai and make use of the built-in braai area in the communal garden—ideal for relaxed outdoor dining. All bed linen, bath towels, and hand towels are provided—just pack your beach towels, wetsuits, and surfboards! The apartment also includes a surfboard rack and wetsuit drying area to make your stay even more comfortable. Whether you're here to surf, relax, or explore, this apartment is the perfect base for your Jeffreys Bay escape. Other things to note All Guests must comply with all Holiday Rental Conduct Rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager during their stay. Thank you for your cooperation. We trust you will enjoy your stay. 1. Guests must please keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighbouring properties. 2. Unfortunately due to Covid Restrictions the Body Corporate has put a rule in place that no visitors are allowed except for guests that are booked to stay at the property. 3. Excessive noise is prohibited. 4. The Body Corporate requests that all properties in the complex cease all noise at 10pm. Should there be a viable complaint it will result in an immediate termination of your booking and loss of any funds paid. 5. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are NOT ALLOWED at the Holiday Rental. 6. The lighting of fireworks is not permitted on the property at any time. 7. Smoking is not permitted inside the Holiday Rental. 8. No furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement. 9. STAYIN IN A BELLA VISTA APARTMENT - No glass or alcohol is allowed in the pool area as well as loud music. 10. STAYING IN A COMPLEX APARTMENT - No skates, skateboards, rollerblades or similar noisy articles are permitted on the roads or pathways in the complex. 11. STAYING IN A COMPLEX APARTMENT - Vehicle hooters may not be used in the complex, except in an emergency. Nor may any vehicle sounding alarms be left unattended at any time. 12. STAYING IN A COMPLEX APARTMENT - No children are allowed in the pool area unless accompanied by an adult.
