Travellers who need to go to Manyata Tech Park, IISc, NCBS, Srishti Institute of art, Palace grounds, Columbia Asia hospital, Aster hospital and the International Airport Road area often choose to stay at my place. My place is a sunny, quiet, airy and spacious apartment in a charming locality. The airport is just 30 minutes away. Supermarkets and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk. The locality has many trees. The apartment has been tastefully done up to give you the feeling of home. The space My place is full of natural light and well ventilated unlike a lot of other places in the city. It is elegant, minimal and very functional. Located in a cul-de-sac. It is peaceful and independent. There is a balcony in the living room overlooking the street. There's a kitchen with a stove, essential pots and pans and assorted spices and ingredients, if you choose to cook. Guest access You will have access to the entire 2nd floor on which the apartment is situated. There's a nice little stone bench outside the door and a little balcony overlooking the street. Other things to note Mine is NOT a service apartment. Once you take the keys from me, you are responsible for the upkeep of the place as it suits you. If your stay is longer than a week, I can arrange for someone to come in and clean the place once a week. If you want it cleaned more frequently, you will have to bear the cost. This is also dependent on the availability of the lady who comes to clean. Fresh sheets are provided every time a guest comes in. I will provide a change of sheets once in a week for longer stays.
