Chez La Vie-Beautiful Beach Villa-Miramar Beach!

Just across the street from the white sands and turquoise waters of Miramar Beach is a small, lovely, quiet, community filled with palm trees and a gorgeous pool. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is light and spacious and has four porches and balconies. There are 2 additional bunk beds in the landing, a nice room at the top of the stairs. One bedroom and bath are downstairs. All bathrooms are ensuite, and each bedroom has a balcony or porch. Steps to beach! The space The minimum age to book this space is 25 years. Thank you! The living, dining and kitchen are all open and open to a front porch. The downstairs bedroom is in the back of the home with a private porch. The two upstairs bedrooms have balconies, with distant views of the ocean from the primary bedroom balcony The upstairs landing is an additional room, actually, with bunkbeds. We also have plenty of closet and dresser space for you. Guest access This is a whole home rental, so the entire home, with the exception of two small locked closets, (one under the staircase and one at the back of the primary bedroom closet) is for the guests' use. There is a gas grill on the back porch. The pool, the deck around the pool including chairs and tables, the parking lot, and common green spaces are also available for the guests' use. There is a locked gate at the beach entrance for the exclusive use of Miramar Beach Villas. Other things to note Beds: queen downstairs, king in master upstairs, twin beds in guest bedroom upstairs and bunk beds in landing at top of stairs are twin beds. I’m always asked how far to the beach. Miramar Beach Villas are right across the street (a two lane old beach highway-perfection!). You walk out the door, cross a small parking lot, cross the street, and you’re at the beach gate. It’s a two minute walk. I do not have a crib, but I have a pack and play, a baby gate for stairs, and a portable high chair. I have plenty of beach toys, chairs, an umbrella, and cooler. Sometimes some of those items disappear, but I’ll restock a few times a year.
