The space The house is located in a property composed of 5 terraced houses The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, Senseo coffee maker and a normal coffee maker, kettle... then everything you need to cook. I leave a tea box and a few Senseo coffee pods at your disposal. The living room is composed of a sofa, an armchair and a SmartTV on which you can watch Netflix with your codes, Youtube, Primevideo... Dining room with table, 4 chairs and bahut. The bathroom with shower is on the ground floor, there is also a washing machine. The toilet is separate and is on the ground floor. Bedrooms with hardwood floors are upstairs. - 1 bedroom with a bed 160x200cm, 1 TV and a dressing room - 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x190cm and a dresser The bedding is new and comfortable. The 2 bedrooms are spacious. The patio is furnished with south facing garden furniture. The beds are made upon your arrival. No pets allowed. No smoking in the house. Noisy parties and evenings are prohibited. Thank you for respecting the neighbors. The house should be made clean. Secure gate that opens with a remote control or code. This home has only 1 free parking space inside the property. For late arrivals or morning departures, we can leave the keys in a key box, this will be confirmed to me so that I can send you the access code. Presence of cameras on property Guest access The main entrance to the property is right next to the PMU parking lot and you can park in the back parking lot at site 34. The property is closed by a barrier that opens either with a code that will be provided to you on the day of your arrival or with the remote control. The key can be deposited in a key box (the code will be sent to you shortly before your arrival) Access to the bakery and butcher shop is easily within walking distance (about 2/3 minutes) A Carrefour Market is located 2 minutes away by car (with electric car charging station) Other things to note The house must be returned clean or you have the option to request the cleaning package 🧹 for €25. Please remove the sheets and place them in a corner of the room In order to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors, noisy parties and evenings are prohibited. Please do not go up to the bedrooms with shoes because the staircase is made of wood and there is parquet in the bedrooms.
