In a parc of 12 hectares of land which has 900 olive trees, we propose for rental a large and elegant villa which is ideal for up to 26 persons (7 bedrooms, plus a library room and 2 living rooms which can be used as bedrooms). There are 7 bathrooms. The villa has a tennis and a pool which is however closed in winter. It is located at 5 mn from the city center of Fano. Thank you ! On a side section of the villa, the appartement of the house manager who however ensures highest privacy of guests. The space The villa, surrounded by 12 hectares of fields, including 8 dedicated to an organic olive grove, and a large garden, has, on the ground floor, a large living room with dining area overlooking a large open kitchen, 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and a library living room plus 2 living rooms that can be used as a bedroom, as well as a large terrace on the ground floor. The villa has a tennis court and a swimming pool, the pool is open in spring and summer only. The apartment is ideal for a stay of 1 to 26 people. On one side of the villa lives the House Manager who takes care of the comfort of the guests during the stay and also takes care of the pool, while always respecting the privacy of the guests. Urbino, one of the nicest renaissance city of Italy, is just at 50 mn by car and so the Conero d'Ancona, a montain falling in the Adriatic sea, which offers amoung the nicest beaches of the Adriatic, at Portonovo and Sirolo. Pure gems not to be missed. Arround the house, the villages of Cartocetto, capical of olive oil, Bargni di Serrungarina and Novilara, shall not be missed, by all means.
