VILLA KATIA (10 meters from a sandy beach)

Villa Katia offers memorable and unique holidays. This magnificent maisonette villa is located only a few kilometres from the Heraklion's city centre and literally a few metres from the sandy beaches of Karteros. Villa Katia is less than 7 km from the city centre, 5km to the port and 4km away from the airport. The sea breeze and the splendid view of the endless blue complement the enchanting Villa Katia's scenery. The space Villa Katia offers "SEA - SUN and SAND" The villa covers an area of 160m2 and can comfortably host up to 8 people. On the ground floor, there is a spacious single area which consists of a fully equipped kitchen ( fridge, electric cooker and stoves and a dishwasher), dining room, living room with a 42' Smart Tv, couch-bed and a bathroom with a washing machine included. Reaching the first floor through a wooden stair you could find three double-bedrooms equipped with closets and a/c in every room. A STOKKE baby cot is also available. The main bathroom is also located on the first floor. Every bedroom consists of its own balcony. For those feeling athletic, besides the long and sandy beach in front of the house which is offered for walking or running, there is also a treadmill available. For our little guests, we offer baby equipment, a STOKKE stroller, a dining chair and plenty of toys. On the exterior of the house, there is a veranda and a large garden of 60m2, with a dining table, sunbeds to sunbathe and a jacuzzi to relax and watch the sunset.
