Come and stay in the countryside, in a green, quiet and pleasant setting. This old building is ideal for family or groups of friends. In the large garden there is a heated swimming pool from May (depending on the weather) to the end of September, secured and shared with a 5-bed gîte, a trampoline, a swing, a slide for the little ones, a bowling green and a ping-pong table The private terrace includes a barbecue and garden furniture. The space Ground floor: 1 equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, ceramic stove top and microwave. 1 large living room: dining area and sitting area. (Fireplace not in service). 1 shower room with washing machine. 1 toilet. UPPER FLOOR: 1 large living room: relaxation area with TV . 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed of 140 x 190, bathroom with toilet. ATTIC: 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90 x 200. 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90 x 200, 2 single beds 90 x 200 and 1 pull-out bed 90 x 200. Other things to note - Reservations are from Saturday to Saturday in July and August, check-in from 4pm and checkout no later than 10am, we can be more flexible on the days and times of arrival off-season within reason. - Parties, birthdays, noisy evenings, etc. are prohibited in order to respect everyone's peace and quiet, except for New Year's Eve. - No pets allowed due to bad experiences. - Smokers are invited to smoke in the garden, an ashtray is provided for this purpose. - Electricity consumption is charged extra at the end of the stay (meter reading on your arrival day and then on your departure day. - We do not charge a cleaning fee, but we offer a "departure cleaning" package of €100. - Almost all our beds are 2 m long, bed linen rental (fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase) of €10 per bed is possible if requested at the time of booking. - Towels, dishcloths, cleaning products... are not provided, as well as PÉTANQUE BALLS, BALLS, BALLS, RACKETS... - formalities on delivery of keys = signing of a rental agreement and its general rental conditions, delivery of a deposit cheque of €500 which will be returned to you no later than 7 days after your departure. So that we too can enjoy the end-of-year holidays, there is no check-in possible on December 24 and 31 or checkout on December 25 and January 1.
