Four spacious cottages, set in a large garden area in a rural village, with a heated pool and games room, ideal for large groups of friends or family to enjoy time together whilst retaining private space. Rose Surface area:126m2 Capacity: 6 Ground floor: living room/entrance hall, dining room (for approximately 20), fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (double bed), shower room with toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (both with 2 single beds), shower room with toilet 2. Lavender Surface area: 107m2 Capacity: 7 Ground floor: living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (bunk bed for 2 people), shower room with toilet Upstairs: 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bedroom (3 single beds) 3. Dahlia Surface area: 75m2 Capacité: 4 Ground floor: living room, fully equipped kitchen/diner Upstairs: 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom with shower and toilet 4. Olive Surface area: 58m2 Capacity: 2 Ground floor: living room, 1 bedroom (double bed), fully equipped kitchen/diner, shower room with toilet Outdoor covered dining area with barbecue. Each property has its own patio/garden with outdoor tables . Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the pool (open from the end of May to the end of September), large garden, indoor games room and table tennis. Washing machine are available for guests' use. Parking on-site (approximately 8 cars, but enquire if more needed). Other things to note We have free wifi on site (in the games room and In Gite Rose) but it is not available in all the gites. An additional charge consisting of a tourist tax of 0,40 euros per adult per night is payable on arrival (under 18s are excluded) Interesting day trips include Futuroscope, Valley of the Monkeys, Cognac and Angouleme. Bookings in July and August are for 1 week minimum, usually Saturday to Saturday. Outside this period, bookings are for 2 nights minimum. The gites can be rented individually at some times, please ask for availability.
