Detached from the main house where I live is this cosy house apartment renovated in June 2014. Although this small house apartment has all the modern facilities, its character was maintained and it is a typical local village small house. It is ideal for 2 persons but can fit 2 more persons, because the living area has a sofa-bed. São Pedro de Sintra is a very genuine small village where people live and work, but still very close to Sintra touristic town centre. It has very nice restaurants, coffee shops and local businesses, which makes this village an ideal place to stay for holidays and a place to rest after visiting Sintra town centre. You can use the barbecue area located in the garden of the main house and the apartment has an independent entrance and private car parking area. Another plus is that pets are allowed whichever size and breed, inside the house, as long as they are used to live inside. Guest access Guests can use the barbacue located in the garden of the main house. The house has a private driveway and an independent entrance from the main house. The kitchnett is fully equipped so guests can cook their meals if they wish to. If requested, I can leave in the fridge all the necessary food for a light breakfast and leave everyday outside the house fresh bread.
