Renovated old cottage in the heart of Brière

House of 75 m2 in the heart of the Brière. Enclosed and wooded grounds. On the ground floor , living room with a fitted kitchen area, there is a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, cooking utensils and induction hob. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet. Linens are not provided: to provide sheets and pillowcase and bolster. A sheet for a 160 bed + fitted sheet + sheets for the two 80 cm beds + fitted sheets. The space The bed linen and towels are not provided. But there are blankets, bedspreads, and pillow covers! The 2-seater bed is a 160cm. The two small beds are 2x 80cm. Guest access Access to the canal and possibility of autonomous boat ride in the Brière. Other things to note There's no cleaning fee. The property must be returned in the same condition as you found it on entering. If you do not want to do the cleaning, 50 euros will be requested for cleaning.
