My place is a 10 minute walk to the Michigan Football Stadium in Ann Arbor! You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, the big backyard. My place is good for couples and big groups who want to come enjoy a Football Weekend in Ann Arbor! There is a beautiful four seasons sunroom that leads out to a spacious and cozy backyard hideaway. Great for lounging or pre-gaming for the big game! The house is walking distance to the Big House and downtown! The space 1300 sq. ft. home in Ann Arbor right down from the Big House. There are three full bedrooms with three beds. There is also a queen sized air mattress. There is a French Press for your using as well as other amenities. There is a large backyard with a fire pit and a patio table with chairs. Guest access You will have access to the entire home (except for the basement) for the duration of your stay! All I ask is that you leave things just as they were on your arrival. There IS internet access, however there is NO cable. Other things to note I have a very strict no-party policy. I'm totally fine with you and the other guests letting your hair down while you visit, but only the number of guests you have listed in your booking should be on the premises. I'm a little protective because it is my home as well. :) I truly appreciate your understanding on this matter! The house is in great condition, however the hardwood floors need refinishing. There is no central AC in the house, but there are AC window units in every bedroom. Feel free to use the AC units as frequently as you like, but be sure to turn them off when you leave the house. Also, two blinds need replacing. One of the blinds in the master bedroom and in the living room is have a hard time staying open. I'm getting them replaced soon. The blinds are still functioning, they just need to be tied to stay up. Also, please do NOT sell parking to football patrons looking for parking spots. I know the driveway and lawn would be a great spot to sell parking, but please do not do this. :) Thank you so much!
