A light and welcoming 4 bedroom beachy home ideal for families or groups. A 15 min walk through the dunes to the beautiful three mile stretch of golden beach in St Ives bay. Perfect location for beach lovers, surfers and coastal ramblers alike. The space Large open plan living space, including a kitchen, dining room and lounge. You'll find the kitchen well equipped, with plenty of worktop space to cook up a storm. The dining room is open plan to the kitchen so everyone can chat and socialise freely, and boasts a large dining table for 8 people. Our lounge is perfect for relaxing with a very large corner sofa and 50" 4K smart TV. You will also have access to the conservatory with stunning views, and a utility room with a washing machine and drying facilities. There are 4 large bedrooms, 3 rooms with king sized beds and and 1 with 2 single beds. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have en-suite walk in shower rooms, with the downstairs rooms sharing a large family bathroom with bath/shower. The house has ample outdoor space with a large lawn to the front of the house, and a private back garden with patios for enjoying BBQing and alfresco dining at the large 8-seater dining table. When you come back in your wetsuit, or sandy from the beach there is a handy outdoor shower to wash yourself and your gear down. Hayle town is a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk, with a decent selection of shops and restaurants. Access to the property is easy being 5 minutes off the A30.
