Whether your coming for a family event, to explore the miles of hiking and biking trails, endless hunting opportunities or the world famous Dinosaur National Monument, our home is the perfect place to stay! We have beds for 11 but plenty of open floor space for more people so please gather! We live in our home and rent it when we are out of town, so if our home is not listed as available on dates that you are interested in coming please message me and I will do my best to make it available! The space 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, 2 separate gathering areas, piano, gas fireplace, toys for kids, deck with gas bbq grill, spacious kid friendly backyard, sports court with basketball banks. Pickleball equipment and kayaks available upon request. Off street parking in a quiet family neighborhood. You’ll love it! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and yard. We keep the garage off limits, however we do have a garage “studio” area that can be used as a fun gathering area for teens or a 6th bedroom. There is no bathroom or bed, just carpeted floor.
