Modern kitchen including a dishwasher, hot plates, oven, coffee machine. Spacious modern bathroom/toilet/laundry area including double shower, washer and dryer. Beds can be king or 2 long singles in both bedrooms. - quiet out of town location - 2 large bedrooms - full kitchen - dining area - living area - paved outdoor space 3 night bookings only. The space THE UDDER PLACE - is a unique space, a dairy converted to a 2 bedroom house. Located along the Murray River flats, close to town with a country farm feel. The space is completely separate to the Childsdale homestead, offering all the comforts of a home away from home. With the renovation complete, we are excited to offer this quirky, inviting space to our guests. Suitable for a getaway or perfect if you are working within the area. Guest access The full cottage with 2 large bedrooms, living and dining space, along with a large bathroom, including laundry and toilet will be available to guests. Just let us know prior how you want the beds configured for your groups needs. Other things to note My family live close to this space, small supervised children may be in the area at certain times. No large gatherings or parties.
