Cozy ancient apartment restored with all modern comforts inserted in a setting of rare beauty is a great starting point for sightseeing tours, food and wine of Tuscany. Half an hour from Florence and Siena, just 20 minutes from Arezzo. The space In an amazing, proper Tuscan landscape, among vineyards, olive groves and woods, at the gates of Chianti, you’ll find Podere Filicaia a rural complex where you can have peaceful and serenity. The farmhouse is owned and run by our family, you can enjoy your holidays in total relax between pure nature, old traditions and tastes. Even though you can choose to go in the one of the most beautiful cities in the world, Firenze, Siena, Arezzo and all the ancients villages (Gaiole, Greve, Radda, Castellina and so on), because they are not far from our farmhouse; otherwise you can stay on your private garden or enjoy at the pool. In the last part of the old barn we have the Girasole (54 sqm, 2+2 people) apartment with a double bed bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen/dining room with a sofa-bed, with access to the pool garden, accompanied by BBQ, chairs and tables. Where you can relax or enjoy your meals or evenings and have some fun listening or seeing some animals as fallow deer, roes, boars, in the nearby woods and hills. On top of that, without any extra price, you can have biological, fresh vegetables you can harvest yourself from an vegetable garden hectare. The farmhouse is accompanied by property of woods, vineyards and olive groves you can take a walk among. The swimming pool is open from 1st May to 30th September and you have to share it with other 3 apartments.
