Our newly renovated apartment is in the heart of the city with everything just a stone's throw away!In the neighborhood there is a bakery,market and pharmacy while the bus stop is 50 meters away!Also the market and the traditional taverns are 5 minutes walk while in 10 minutes is the beach where you can enjoy its bathroom! Our recently renovated apartment is located in the city center but the neighborhood is quiet enough!There are near the house bakery,pharmacy and a market while the bus station is at the 50 meters!Also the traditional taverns are 5 minutes on foot and the local beach is 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car! The space The warm and modern apartment that has been recently renovated for the sole purpose of hosting guests,is offered to give you beautiful moments!The house is located in the most central part of the city with the result that the car or scooter is not needed for your daily commute!From this point you have easy and direct access on foot to the historic center of Preveza as well as to the sights and points of interest!The apartment consists of two bedrooms,with a double bed in one and two single beds in the second. A fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals if you want. A living room with two sofas which turn into double beds if needed and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine!Each of the rooms has its own air conditioner and radiator,with the heating of the apartment being autonomous!So,it has the specifications to accommodate up to 6 people!Ideal for couples,families and even groups of travelers!Each space is independent ensuring your personal space and privacy!There is also the possibility of internal connection through a sliding door of one bedroom with the living room! Guest access The house is entirely yours as there is no single rental space inside the house!There are no personal belongings in the space and no one is going to bother you!Still the house has its own separate entrance from the other apartment in the building!Within a 30m radius of the house one can find parking with characteristic ease! The house is totally for your use as not any of the rooms is rented individually!There are no personal objects of ours and no one will disturb you!Also,the apartment has it’s own entry which is separated from the other apartment of the building!Furthermore,it’s quite easy to park your vehicle in a distance less than 30 meters from the house!
