This duplex is on the north side of a turn of the century home and is located right next door to Hazlitt 1852 Vineyards. There are views from the large deck of the lake, ponds, vineyards and pasture. Features a large, well-appointed kitchen and a cozy living room. Great location in the heart of Hector. The space We have many baby and children's items available upon request. We have a medium dog crate available as well. Nice paved driveway. Bathroom and two bedrooms are located upstairs. Guest access This large home is a duplex. Private entrance and deck located on the north side of the house. Guests are welcome to picnic on and around the winery grounds. Large private yard for you and your pup. Other things to note Smith Park public beach on Seneca Lake is located only 1 mile away. Finger Lakes National Forest only 4 miles away.
