The apartment consists of: A beautifully decorated living and sleeping area, that includes a foldable couch fitting up to 2 people for sleep and a king-size bed. One big room is separated through a partition wall. On one side of the wall, you will find the living area and on the other side the sleeping area. The beautiful dining table is inviting to have a great meal. A well-equipped kitchen One large bathroom with a double basin and a spacious shower, giving enough space for the guests. The space Experience the unique Viennese feeling in this new contemporary refurbished and designed 58 square-meters apartment situated in a historic and elegant building, built in 1887. The amazing location at "Schottentor" gives you the opportunity to discover the city and the main sights by walking. Guest access The whole apartment will be on your personal and private disposal throughout the whole time. Other things to note Check-ins are possible starting from 3 pm. The key will be placed in a key box in front of the apartment, the check-in instructions will be sent to you one week before arrival, if you have filled out our online guest form. Please note that check-out is latest until 11 am. You can either give our staff in the office the keys for the apartment or you can just drop them in the check-out post box, which is mounted on the entrance door to our office. Our office is located on the ground floor, in the same building as your apartment. Our office hours are from 10 am to 5 pm. Please note that we can only answer messages during our office hours, in case of emergency please call our office number.
