Luxury flat with amazing view in Montparnasse

Newly refurbished apartment in Montparnasse, just above the Raspail metro station, direct to all railway stations and airports (RER B, M 4, 6 & 12, Bus 91). We live there and rent it when in vacation, so we can give you advice and tips on Paris if you wish so. You will fin all amenities for day to day life and cooking, and a luxury bedding. The view is amazing, with great sunsets and no one above. ! Bathroom is 182cm high (old buildings!), and the flat is located 5th floor with no elevator. The space The apartment includes everything you might need - do not hesitate if you have a special request : - a double bed (160cmx200cm). The mattress and the bed are luxury quality as well as the bed linen and pillows. The blackout curtains will protect you from the morning light. - a wardrobe with hangers and shelves. - A kitchen with quality electrical appliances: fridge, freezer, microwave, hob, oven, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine, and stocks for breakfast, tea and dinner. - a bathroom with toilets, an italian shower, a sink and a heater. - a table with chairs, to eat or work - an iron and an ironing board - some travel books that will give you ideas for your next destination :) - an all what you can see on pictures The space is about 38 sq.mt (3.8m by 10m). The room is very quiet, with view over the rooftops of Paris, no street this side, just neighbourhood noises as in all old buildings, and the living room overlooks the very quiet Boulevard Raspail, with double glazing. The view is beautiful, as well to wake up as to admire the sunset on the tower, or the light of the Eiffel Tower that illuminates the night of Paris.
