The space The accommodation has a large equipped kitchen (gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, Senseo coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher), a 60 m2 living room with billiards and foosball, as well as a sofa bed that can offer 2 extra beds. The gîte has 3 bedrooms: No. 1: large bedroom with 1 bed of 160 cm and 1 bunk bed. No. 2: small attic room with 1 bed of 140 cm No. 3: 2 90 cm beds that can be joined. You will have at your disposal 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Bed linen and towels are provided, and already arranged, you will be asked to undo them before your departure. Pool towels are not provided. Guest access In addition to your accommodation, you have unlimited access to the pool (from May 15 to September 30, or if the weather permits). However, the owners reserve a time slot to use it when you are not there. You can also enjoy the garden as well as the terrace and its barbecue. Other things to note The Laurentin gîte is part of a property complex that also includes the owners' accommodation. They will be able to be responsive in case of any problems and listen for advice while remaining discreet to maintain the privacy of guests. You have a parking lot allowing the parking of several vehicles if necessary. The vacation rental has been equipped since 2019 with a petanque court available to guests. Swing, slide, molky,... A wine cellar is available in the gîte, offering local beers and wine at producer prices. Self-service, you will pay at the end of the stay, only for the bottles consumed.
