In the heart of Hackney, close to the green spaces of Well Street Common & Victoria Park, backing onto Lauristan road, which leads onto Victoria park village. A, 3 Storey, well situated, Mock Georgian House. Built in 2001. A great place to explore London, whilst staying in the vibrant, trendy, area of Hackney. The property offers a modern, recently refurbished, fully equipped, double room, with a 100% private bathroom, with toiletries and towels provided. The space The property offers you a modern, clean, newly refurbished, fully equipped, double room, with 2 windows, with, white shutters & oak floors. The decor, is neutral. All white with one feature wall, in pebble blue. The room & private bathroom, are located on the middle floor, of the 3 storey house. My room and student Sons room & bathroom are on the top floor. So your area is private. With just my private office next door to the room. We also share the house with, a medium sized, friendly dog & 2 cats, who do not frequent the guest areas. Should, I not be about, a friend will be around to assist, whom, I will advise you of, in advance. The clean, modern, double room, is fully equipped with, dulce gusto coffee machine, for your morning coffee (a selection of Dulce Gusto, coffee’s, tea & Pukka teas, are provided) & kettle, sandwich toaster. In the mini fridge, in your room, there will be some water, milk, juice, cheese, meat & yoghurt. We also supply some granola / muesli, porridge or a classic cereal, for a light breakfast. Should you be vegan or have other dietary needs, please do let me know in advance. There are bowls, plates, glasses & coffee cups, in the cupboard in your room, for you. There is a comfy bijou sofa, in your room, to relax on & watch the 55 inch, flat screen, Sony smart TV, with Sky, Netflix etc Coupled with a vintage coffee table, super comfy double bed (new mattress), double wardrobe with wooden hangers, drawers, steam iron, small ironing board, (should you need a large one, I can supply) mini fridge, microwave, panini sandwich toast. bedside lamp, laptop table, laptop support & a large mirror, hair dryer & GHD Hair Straighteners, cutlery, bowls. Should you need anything else on your stay, please just ask. I keep spare tooth brushes etc Modern White foldable, Desk & Swivel Chair provided upon request. There is also a black laptop support, you can use from the sofa, should you want to do some work on you laptop. There is a lock on the inside of the room door. For longer term stays, the kitchen is available to use for light meals, in the evenings. Ask me about it. You are also welcome to have food deliveries to the house. We have super fast, BT business broadband (the fastest you can get, as I work from home often) & a good central heating system, to ensure you are warm. There is, a 100% private bathroom (Shower, toilet, sink, cabinet & mirror) right next door to the room. Fresh towels & toiletries are provided. (Faith in nature, shampoo, conditioner) Body wash. The house is located on the cusp of Victoria Park Village. Which is considered one of Hackney's, more desirable residential neighbourhoods. An e parking voucher is required from 8am-6.30pm, Mon-Sat. An e parking voucher, can be offered, subject to availability, for the guest, for a small fee, of £10 per day or £3.50 for 2 hours. Please advise in advance and advise of your Reg number and what time you will want the e parking voucher started from and too. Please also advise & keep me updated, of your time of arrival, so I can greet you and give you the keys. During your stay I work from home mostly & will be available & happy to help with any questions, tips or recommendations, you may want. I have lived in London all my life and in Hackney for 17 years, so have good knowledge for you, too make the most of your stay. Just ask.
