The space The apartment is centred around a bright and spacious living area, where a fully equipped kitchen and lounge open directly onto the garden. South-facing, leafy and wonderfully peaceful, the outdoor space features a garden lounge with a sun canopy — perfect for enjoying the sunshine at any hour without the heat. For sleeping, three bedrooms accommodate up to 6 guests: two rooms with brand-new 160x200 double beds and one room with a 140x200 double bed. Please note that the third bedroom is accessed through the second — a layout that works perfectly for families or close-knit groups travelling together. The bathroom features a full bathtub, and there are two separate WCs for everyone's comfort. On arrival, you will find a selection of basics — coffee, tea, oil and salt — so you can settle in without any fuss. Bed linen, towels and bathroom toiletries are all provided. Baby equipment is available upon request. Street parking is available nearby via the EasyPark app (approximately €5 per day — zone T6, paid parking from 10am to 6:30pm). The garden can also be used to store bicycles securely. We welcome every guest in person and remain reachable by phone throughout your stay. A welcome guide with our favourite local addresses will be handed to you on arrival. Guest access The entire apartment is yours for the duration of your stay. The apartment is located on a raised ground floor, accessible via three steps from the entrance. Please note that a single step separates the kitchen from the lounge — worth keeping in mind if you are travelling with guests with reduced mobility. Other things to note Parties, film shoots and visits from guests not included in the booking are not permitted in the apartment.
