Luxury Design Studio // Munich City Center

Located in Munich's Meatpacking district (only two subway stops from Marienplatz and also from central station) you will find our nice souterrain studio (55 m²) which is a separated part of our own loft apartment - furnished with love for design and detail, equipped with a kitchenette, private bathroom and access to the idyllic patio. The space The apartment welcomes guests with a blend of Scandinavian-inspired interiors, some ethnic touches and industrial flair. We want you to feel completely at ease with us, so we have equipped the studio not only with practical details, but also with many cozy and stylish highlights. You reach the apartment via a downstairs external staircase in the rear courtyard. The front door adjoins our beautiful large terrace, where you can relax during your stay. The bright studio with open floor plan has a private bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette. Coffee maker, toaster and kettle are in addition to the usual kitchen utensils as well as a hair dryer, towels, soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Our apartment is ideal for couples, small families or city trip groups up to max. 3 people. Please note: You have a double bed (160x200 cm) and a sofa bed (mattress: 153x182 cm) available. Keyword: dogs! We have a dog lady ourselves and of course welcome your four-legged friends with us. Please just make sure to inform us before booking. Dog fee is 10€ per night. Guest access You are welcome to use our beautiful large terrace and in the summer by arrangement also borrow our grill. Other things to note Smoking is prohibited in the premises. Please do not hold any parties or events and pay attention to our neighbors, especially coming home late at night. Arrival & Departure: by arrangement
