Base yourself at beautiful Lake Hood in our spacious and warm self - contained studio. Ideal for your overnight stopover or even a few days. There is ample off street parking for your boat or motorhome . Enjoy the many amenities at the lake including boating, cycling, kayaking, tennis, free BBQ's and walking. The space Our studio is self-contained with a queen bed, en-suite bathroom and kitchenette including fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, TV with freeview and free WIFI. Tea, coffee and a light breakfast are also included. It is double glazed with a heat pump and has its own private entrance so you are free to come and go as you please. There is no lake view from the studio but the lake is only metres away and you are welcome to use the deck area. We are situated only 5 minutes drive from State Highway 1 and 10 minutes from Ashburton and all its amenities. Christchurch Airport is just over an hour away, Methven/Mount Hutt/Opuke Hot Pools are a 35 minutes drive and Geraldine is a 40 minute drive. Guest access You are welcome to share our outdoor furniture and deck area. Other things to note The price of the studio is for 2 people sharing a queen bed. A single bed can be made up if required at an additional cost, please enquire before booking.
