---Classée Meublé de Tourisme 5*--- Surrounded by centuries-old oaks, our farmhouse dates back to the 18th century and has been totally renovated. It can accommodate 12 people for an authentic stay in the heart of the Landes. Enjoy a drink by the pool or a novel on one of the terraces in the garden, between visiting an Armagnac cellar, a day on the Landes coast and a getaway in Bordeaux. The space On the ground floor, a large 100m² open plan space including: - An entrance with a central passageway, - A living room area ("living room 2") with a chaise longue facing the fireplace (non functional) and a closet used as a dressing room, - A 40m² living room ("living room 1") equipped with 3 sofas, including a TV area with a large sideboard containing reading material and games, - The fully equipped kitchen: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, steamer, numerous cooking and baking utensils, - A separate toilet, - A laundry room: washing machine and dryer, laundry dryer, iron and ironing board, freezer, storage, - A 35 m² double-height dining room ("dining area"), with a table seating 12 guests, and equipped with a Marshall speaker connected via Bluetooth, - A 35 m² single-level master suite ("Bedroom 1"), with a desk, shower room ("Bathroom 1") and private toilet, 180 x 200 cm bed. Upstairs, a dessert landing: - A 30 m² master suite ("bedroom 2") with private bathroom ("bathroom 2") and toilet, 160 x 200 bed, and office space, - A double bedroom ("bedroom 4"), 160 x 200 bed, with desk, - A bedroom ("Bedroom 5") with 6 bunk beds 6 x 90 x 190, - A shower room with toilet ("bathroom 4"), shared between bedrooms 4 and 6, - A mezzanine with a TV lounge ("lounge 3"), overlooking the dining room, - One bedroom ("Bedroom 3") with 2 twin beds 90 x 190, with private shower room ("Bathroom 3") and toilet. If you count that makes 14 possible beds, but we limit the rental to 12 people. This simply gives more modularity depending on the composition of your group. Outside: - A private heated swimming pool of 9mx4m (depth 1.40 m) reserved exclusively for the occupants of the house. Secured by a submerged roller shutter. - A 40 m2 terrace ("Terrace 1") made of Landes pine with a large dining table for 12 people, 5 garden beds, and parasols. - A summer kitchen with a bbq and sink, opening onto the courtyard. - A terrace ("terrace 2") overlooking the courtyard facing the house, ideal for a coffee or an aperitif in a small group, - A terrace ("terrace 3") in front of the old chicken coop, offering a view looking down under the oak tree and towards the pool, - An unfenced garden of nearly 5,000 m² with a swing and other places to sit quietly in the greenery. It sometimes hosts deer, rabbits, or pheasants. All beds are made when you arrive, with washed linen sheets and cotton gauze. Towels are provided, made of organic honeycomb and cotton. Towels are also available for the pool. Toiletries provided. Baby equipment available upon request (bathtub, highchair, baby bed). Wi-Fi throughout the house, fiber connection. Guest access The house is fully available to guests. Other things to note 5-star furnished tourist accommodation. Accommodation partially accessible to people with reduced mobility: the ground floor is on one level and the wide doors, one of the bedrooms and its bathroom are located on the ground floor, but the bathroom is not up to PRM standards.
