Abe's on Main Apt lower 1-bedroom apt, queen bed, tv and chair in bedroom; livingroom has 36" flat screen tv, double recliner loveseat and 3 twin trundle beds. Full kitchen and bath. Cable TV, free Wi-Fi, prvt entrance and outside patio with grill. Fire pit for evening campfire. Close to Niagara Wine Trail, Olcott Beach, Championship Lake Ontario sportfishing, beautiful parks, 30-miles from majestic Niagara Falls. Cornerstone Community Ice Rink in Lockport is only 7 miles away. Guests have private access to the 1 bedroom lower apartment and a sitting area behind the building with use of gas grill. Depending on guest needs we will be available for check-in and questions during stay. We live on site. Our neighborhood is very safe. We have everything we need within walking distance. There is a pizza shop next door, shopping 2 buildings down, restaurants, bars, banks, and churches all within walking distance. Near-by (with-in 1 mile radius) are groceries, wineries, farmers market and U-Pick orchards. Only 3 miles to beautiful Lake Ontario and Olcott Harbor for fishing, swimming and picnics. During the summer months there is live music at the gazebo across the street on Wed. nights. There is no public transportation so you will need a car or LYFT or UBER are an option. Fishing is real hot here with derbies throughout the season. So are the wineries of the Niagara Wine Trail with events going on nearly every weekend! An easy 30 mile drive to Niagara Falls in all it's glory and it's many attractions and Lewiston, boasting Artpark and several events and festivals through the year. Short distance to historic Lockport and Erie Canal Waterway. You can count on events in Lockport all the time. If you take a 45 min. drive south to Buffalo you can find a treasure chest of culture! Generally check-in is 3pm and check out is 11 AM. These can be changed as needed for guests when able to be.
