Moraira is at about 5km from the villa and Calpe about 8km from the villa.  The Nice Sandy beach "Cala Abogat" is less than 3 km from the villa.   Guest access The private heated pool is only for the renter, you have also a private parking place with direct acces to the villa. Other things to note THE POOL IS HEATED FROM APRIL to OCTOBER by a solar system + thermal and solar cover.
