Baloking - charming poolside house in the Dordogne

This charming countryside stone house originally built in the 1800 has been renovated in a contemporary style with original features, first floor balcony, wood burner ( for colder months) ,guests outside dinning area with shared swimming pool. we are located near to Nontron. Features a large open plan living room/kitchen. Living room 2 large sofas 1 that can be made into a double bed, television ( french & English satallite ) dinning table + 6 chairs, original fireplace with fitted small log burner for colder months (wood included for the evenings) patio doors looking out to the swimming pool. Kitchen Fitted kithen with gas electric cooker,microwave, dishwasher, fridge ( small freezer compartment ) dresser containing glasses, plates serving dishes etc, front door access/entrance. First floor Sliding doors to bathroom - toilet, shower and sink unit. large bedroom- double french bed, Bunkbed, full single bed size (90 x 200cm) 2 wardrobes, chest of draws, patio doors out on to balcony with view out to the fields- small outside table & 2 chairs. Outside Shaded poolside dinning area for guests only- outside table & chairs / bench. Swimming pool 7m x 5m ( shared with our family and only when guests are out, the fenced pool area will feel like your own private space) access track through to fields and woodland walk. Ample parking at the front side of the property, with front grass area to enjoy the evening sunset. Guest access The house is completely independent with access to ample parking at the front, plus front garden space of the courtyard near to the big wooden doors. It has a outside shared swimming pool 7m x 5m 1.2m depth - only accessible in the warmer months July and August unless we have good sunshine weather earlier in the year, it is shared with the owners family ( we only use when guests are out so the gated pool area will feel like your own private space) it also has a electric security cover that covers the complete pool. our house is across from here and the small house next to the property is empty at the moment so there is lots of private space around. Other things to note This house can be booked weekly 7 nights Saturday to Saturday in the high season July and August,all other times 2 nights minimum. check in time is after 16.00 to allow for changeover cleaning, if we do not have guests staying before or after your booking it could be more flexible- please message me to confirm available time. It sleeps 4 people and is suitable for 1 or 2 couples but also small familys ( as well as the bunkbed - we can provide a mattress bed for a small extra child) linen is provided for - Double bed and 2 singles (Bunkbed) or 1 sofa bed and double bed. Cleaning is included in the nightly price we just ask that you follow the rules stated in "house rules on this Airbnb listing. wood is provided for the log burner for the evenings in the colder months I can provide cot and high chair for baby's.
