1400 sq ft. 2 Story Condo- Forest Beach

Colorfully and freshly updated 1400 sq. Ft. two story condo with vaulted ceilings, all new furniture, decorations & household items.. This 2 Bedroom 2.5 bathroom condo is in the heart of Forest Beach. It is half a mile to the beach with a shaded biking path that takes you directly to the Alder Lane beach access! The space Our condo is a second story unit that can be accessed by stairs or elevator. The unit has two floors with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor. The second floor has all the living spaces as well as a half bath, balcony overlooking Cordillo Parkway and a forest preserve, and high vaulted ceilings. The Master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bathroom with TV. The spare room has 2 queen beds with a TV. The dining room seats 6, and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, Keurig, and ninja blender. Stackable Washer and Dryer off kitchen for use! There are stairs up to the condo, and the condo is two story. Our complex offers bike racks, tennis courts, and three large pools for renters to use! The pools are open April 1-October 1 and are not heated We also provide board games, tennis rackets, beach wagon, outdoor rinse off, cooler, beach chairs and beach toys for you to use! We also know how hard it is to travel with kids, so we have provided a pack n' play, baby gate, booster seat, umbrella stroller, plastic dishes, and baskets of toys! We provide a start pack of dishwasher soap, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, tide, and garbage bags. We do NOT provide beach towels, so please bring those with! In our parking lot (right next to the condo) there is a walking/biking path that takes you directly across the street from the beach access. From our condo to the beach is .5 miles! It is about a 10-15 minute walk or very quick 5 minute bike ride. The path is also quiet and scenic so easy walk. We have a wagon at our condo to take to the beach if you do walk to make it easier! Two free parking spaces available during your stay, if booking at least 48 hours in advance. Per condo regulations, a maximum of 4 adults are allowed during any given stay.
