Between Chiavenna and the Swiss border, CADELAVE awaits you: a quiet and cozy apartment for two people, located in the historic center of Villa di Chiavenna. Traditional stone and wood elements are combined with a renovated kitchen in a contemporary style and a modern bathroom. An ideal base for exploring Valchiavenna and Val Bregaglia, on both sides of the border. You will also have a furnished balcony and a private parking space reserved for you about 100 meters away. The space CADELAVE is a 50 m² independent apartment, designed to offer two people all the space and comfort they need, even for a longer stay. The rooms have been tastefully renovated, combining traditional elements such as exposed stone and some wooden furnishings with more contemporary lines. The living area is an open and welcoming space with a sofa, TV, dining table and kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and espresso machine. From here you can access the small furnished balcony. Heating is available in all rooms. The separate bedroom has a double bed and enough space to store your belongings. The modern bathroom has a large shower, bidet and hairdryer. The apartment also has a utility room with a washing machine, a garment steamer, a first aid kit and space for luggage. Guest access The apartment is on the second floor and is accessed via a staircase shared with the apartment on the floor above, where we also stay occasionally. When we are present, we naturally respect your privacy. Other things to note • CADELAVE has a parking space reserved exclusively for you. In your digital guidebook, you will find detailed directions for getting to the parking lot and reaching the entrance to the house. • To get to the apartment, there are 4 outdoor steps up to the front door and another 9 steps from the front door to the apartment. The accommodation may therefore not be suitable for people with reduced mobility. • CADELAVE is in a family home. We occasionally stay in the upstairs apartment, but we'll give you all the peace and privacy you want. The parking space is reserved exclusively for you. • Linens, towels, use of the washing machine, and heating are included in the price of the stay. • The property has only one double bed; there are no separate beds. We ask you to take this into account before booking. • There is no dishwasher in the accommodation. Everything listed in the "What you'll find" section is available for your use in the apartment.
