Spacious family-friendly villa (min. 2 nights)

Bedlinnen and towels are available for rent. Minimum age to rent is 25. Luxury, space and tranquility. Do you want a nice family weekend away, or go out with friends? Our house is about 45 minutes drive from Amsterdam and 30 minutes from Utrecht. Suitable for up to 8 people, because of its location a car is needed. Optional: Bed linen and towels are available to rent at a charge of € 15,00 p.p. The house is not available for work related stays! The space After parking the car on the private property (3 to 4 cars), you enter into the kitchen. The kitchen is luxurious and fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven with microwave function and induction cooker) After immediately noticing the large conservatory with the dining table at which you can easily sit with 8 persons, you can already feel the space. After this we get to the sunken living room. Here is a large corner sofa, fireplace (bring your own firewood) , TV and Playstation 4 with games and Netflix. There are also DVDs, books and games for those rainy days (mostly Dutch) Upstairs in the bathroom there is a washer and dryer, toilet, bidet, urinal, corner bath and 2 person shower. Each bedroom has two single beds that are easy to slide together. Through one bedroom you can reach the sundeck. There is 1 travel cot available for the little ones. Bed linen (mattress cover, duvet cover and pillowcase) and towels (1 large and 1 small) are available to rent on request at a charge of € 15,00 pp. Guest access Only the barn which is attached to the house is not accessible. Other things to note 1) You can’t invite other people to visit or stay at the house. Only the amount of people is allowed that you requested. 2) Dogs are only allowed but always in consultation. An additional charge of 15 euro per dog per stay is added. 3) Smoking, drugs or gas is not allowed in our house. 4) At the park it must be quiet at 22:00 and noise free at 24:00. 5) Music is only allowed inside the house and nuisance is not allowed. This is also strictly enforced. This makes the holiday home not suitable for parties or youth groups. Minimum age is 25. When you request a booking I will explicit ask you to accept these rules again.
