Nice stone house near the city center

Pleasant stone house ideally located 5 minutes from downtown Cherbourg and its restaurants, bars and shops. Auchan shopping mall is also within 5 minutes. For business trips, the house is 15 minutes from Naval Group, and 30 minutes from Orano and the Flamanville EPR. Beaches are 20 minutes away. The space The house consists of a living room on the ground floor with a 90x200 sofa/bench that can accommodate one person, a dining room/kitchen, a toilet, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed with a private bathroom. Part of the floor is closed. The part included in the rental has a hallway with dressing room, a bedroom with a 180 x 200 bed that can be separated to make 2 90 beds and a bathroom with toilet. Also upstairs is another bedroom with desk and a 160 x 200 bed. The garden is not in very good condition but still allows you to enjoy the sun and barbecues. The house is quiet and not overlooked.
