Sitting in a prime location this Coastal retreat is the perfect spot to enjoy your break. The beach is located at the end of the culdesac for summer swims or refreshing winter strolls. A 5 min walk along the beach to the Waterfront Restaurant & Bar, cafes & Boutique shops in Raumati Village. Kids will enjoy walking or riding bikes along the beach to the waterpark/playground. Wet days are covered with the mall a 5min drive away, catch a movie, lunch or shop. The space This Coastal beach Bach is an older style 1940’s retro house which has had a mini refresh to create a relaxed light and bright, bohemian beach vibe. Along with the fresh and interesting decor the all day sun and light promotes an uplifting vibe. The backyard is perfect for Barbeques, sunbathing or enjoying a coffee or wine in the sun. Kids can also make use of the flat backyard . With 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms the house is an ideal set up for most groups. Wether it be a couple, one or two families or a group of friends. Please note one of the bedrooms provides the only internal access into another bedroom. Guest access All areas except the main part of the garage and storage cupboards. Other things to note Please note Infants are charged for as per an adult guest as we provide a cot including linen & towels and also a high chair. The rate is $30 pp per night if over 4 guests.
