The space This 70m2 house has 2 bedrooms (both with sea view and terrace), 1 bathroom with shower, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 living room with a double sofa bed. The spatious terrace/patio is ideal for outside breakfasts, meals, and sunbath on the deckchairs. AC is present in all the rooms. Recently renovated, we took care of any nook and cranny of this house. The typical marine design offers a fresh and cosy atmosphere. The house is located in Parco delle Stelle, a group of terraced houses on the western slope of Costa Paradiso. Between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura. Other things to note To get to the villa you have to go down the stairs from the parking area. Tourist Tax: At your arrival you will be asked to pay the tax.
