Our Airbnb is ideal for the traveler or travelers looking for a quiet place to sleep, and have your own private bathroom. Your room is spacious and very comfortable! Our travelers have a busy agenda when they are in town, usually up and out attending to their agenda. We have an additional private bath. If your party is 3 or more, you will have access to the 2nd private bathroom. The space Our space is roomy, comfortable & inviting. Sleeping up to 4-people in the main room. The main bedroom, sleeps up to 4, offering a queen bed and a full-size Futon Bed. The queen bed is very comfortable, as well as the new futon mattress. Room includes its own large private bath, with a deep Vintage tub and a hand held shower. Lots of hot water, and great pressure! Nothing has been overlooked in your room, luggage holders, temperature control air conditioning, radiant heat, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker. A generous supply of coffee & tea, along with continental breakfast choices. A workspace desk for your computer work. Our guidebook, as well as city guidebooks, are available in the desk and the room instructions along with answers to general questions. We have extra electrical plugs for all your technology needs. Room includes Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and a Chromecast to cast a movie from your phone. The small details are most important to us. We enjoy very soft sheets and that is what we also offer to our guest. Multiple blankets and pillows are offered for your comfort. We enjoy high cotton count linens. Both beds have mattress pads and protectors. So you can trust your bed is clean and comfortable. We provide extra supplies in the bathroom medicine cabinet for our convenience. If you book a stay longer then a week, we will provide a change of linens and towels every (7) day, and clean the room. If your group is larger than 4 and you want to use our 2nd bedroom, there is an additional cleaning fee of $30. $25 per guest per day, to use this room in addition to your reservation for the front room. This is a queen size Crate and Barrel Couch, with pull out bed. New 6" thick foam mattress and we offer extra support options for the couch bed. The room is small, however, it includes its own private full bathroom. It's comfortable, with its own air conditioning, radiant heat and lots of light. The room has its own coffee maker, & mini fridge. Guest access You have access to Your Room and Your Private Bath. If your group is larger then 3 people, we will open another private bath to your reservation. (There is a $20 charge for the cleaning of this bathroom and for the additional linens. There is no access to our kitchen. There is no cooking in the rooms. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee houses in our area. Other things to note Our ideal guest books with us because of the convenient location. It's a snap to travel about Evanston and Chicago from our home. A short distance to Northwestern University, with a Northwestern bus, just a couple of blocks from our front door. Our slow season is November through March, ask us about our discounts for those months! Our ideal guest is up and out following a daily agenda planed for their visit. If additional space is needed for larger groups. Ask us for details. We appreciate quiet and so do our neighbors. Please keep the noise down in the hallways when coming and going. Please keep your luggage to a minimum as you need to carry it up 2 flights of steps when you arrive. We ask that you lock the doors when you come and go. Please take your shoes off. You can leave by the front door, or carry them to your room. The hardwood floors are a bit squeaky. We are accustomed to them, however you might need to get a little use to them.
