The space The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, kitchen, living room and dining area. In addition, there is a large conservatory, a roof terrace and a spacious terrace with an outdoor shower – perfect for enjoying the sun all day long. For your comfort, the house is fully equipped: there are air conditioners in two bedrooms, ceiling fans in all rooms and in the conservatory. For cooler days, a radiant heater in the bathroom, a gas radiator in the living area and a radiant heater on the terrace are available. Parking is possible both on the property and free of charge in the street in front of the house.
