A private modern, yet cozy guest suite with all the luxuries of home. Includes your own patio and view of a lovely Rose garden and Fig tree. Easy access from the airport, to downtown, to Mt. Hood, to Columbia Gorge, etc. Located on a quiet cul de sac next to Glendoveer golf course and it's lovely 2 mile nature trail. The space Private room and bathroom with private entrance. The guest suite has a keyless entrance so that guests may come and go at their leisure. The space has it's own small patio and bistro table. (Please note the guest suite is attached to the main house but is separated by a door that is padlocked. The guest space has it's own private entrance and private patio) Some of the amenities include: - Real Queen mattress, (all bedding is laundered down to the mattress after each guest) - SmartTV/Basic Cable - Smart TV equipped with apps like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc., Coffee maker, Mini fridge, Microwave -Small table for dining or workspace -Iron and full size ironing board, Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash - Hair dryer, etc. Please note that the A/C and Heat is a central unit controlled by the main house, however you can adjust the temperature by opening and closing 2 vents in the guest space. (1 in main room and 1 in bathroom) Guest access Guests will have access to the private suite and its own patio (with a view of the Rose Garden) by entering through the gate on the right side of the house. The keyless entry allows you to come and go as you please and allows for late evening check-ins. Please Note : The backyard is not available for guest use at this time. Other things to note Other details to note: This is a Guest Suite - A private bedroom with bathroom and private entry. There is no access to a kitchen. However, there is a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, etc. Coffee, tea and dishware are provided. Guests will need to wash their own dishes (this is not provided in the cleaning service). Please note the bathroom sink is the only sink available. Dish towel and drying mat are provided. Please Do Not put any food waste down bathroom sink. (food waste bin provided). I do have an elderly cat who lives in the main part of the house. She has never been in the Guest Suite, however the guest suite is attached to the main house and only separated by a door. Guests with cat allergies might need to take this into consideration. I do not allow pets. Access to the washer and dryer can be provided for extended stays of 5 days or longer.
