This is our personal home, which we rent out during our vacation, not to be confused with the countless holiday rentals lacking charm and character. SINGING BIRD is one of oldest property in Seminyak featuring: 300 meters walking distance to the beach and Seminyak's vibrant night life, yet totally quiet. 4 bedrooms, 3 colonial & 1 Japanese (possible additional 5th. bedroom on request) 1 service kitchen with cook Mature garden with rare exotic plants A Nissan van & driver (up to 7 pers.) The space When the property is offered for rent, we take out the very personal things such as personal photos etc..... The villa has 4 staffs, 1 gardener, 1 maid, 1 driver and 1 babysitter who can prepare basic food, french and italian receipes, I have personally trained her, and I believe I know food. Guest access Guest have access to the entire property except 1 bedroom (5th. bedroom) which is used to keep our personal belonging. In case the guest want 5 bedroom we can accomodate this with 3 days notice at an additional US$100. Other things to note The propertry feature some things that most other holiday rentals will not have such as high quality beds and linens and a world class water filtration system to ensure the quality of your stay.
