From a king size bed to a fully stocked kitchen, high speed internet and comfortable living room this place has everything you need to enjoy Corvallis. This apartment is great for couples or individuals that are coming to Corvallis for a weekend pleasure trip or are here for an extended period of time for business/visiting friends. Located downtown it is easy to get anywhere in Corvallis from this central location by car and is within walking distance to public transit, coffee shops and grocery stores. This apartment is also up a flight of stairs, if stairs are an issue for you this might not be the perfect fit. This one bedroom apartment has a king size bed with quality linens. There is a large empty dresser for your clothing, as well as plenty of room in the closet to hang up anything one would want. The apartment has a full kitchen for your cooking needs and also comes with a coffee maker, blender, toaster and french press as well as green tea to help you get started in the morning. Ground coffee is provided in the freezer. A 50in smart tv is set up to watch Netflix,Hulu or sign into your HBO go or just catch up on news and sports. The apartment has a great private patio that gets plenty of sun in the summer months for your morning coffee or winding down with some wine in the evening. There is a park and softball field across the street from the apartment if you want to lounge in the grass and get some sun or just play frisbee. Guest will have access to the whole apartment as well as their own off street parking spot and access to a coin operated laundry room. Washing detergent will also be provided if they would like to do a wash. This apartment is up a flight of stairs on the second story. This apartment is in a quite neighborhood right on the edge of downtown Corvallis. It is located next to a railroad track which does have trains slowly passing by occasionally throughout the day and sometimes in the evening. If noise from a train is something that would bother you then this might not be the place for you, though we have never had any complaints from tenants about the trains in our 10 + years owning the building. The apartment is just a couple blocks from Harrisons bar and grill, dutch bros coffee and the downtown fire station. Located right on the edge of downtown corvallis this apartment is within walking distance from public transportation and many parks, restaurants and bars. As mentioned in the neighborhood section this apartment is close to rail road tracks and has the occasional train that passes by. If that would be an issue for you then unfortunately this is probably not the best listing for you, most guest seem to enjoy the train though.
