Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort. The space The house is at the border of the Gran Paradiso National Park. Located in a panoramic position, the house is 1,5 km away from the town centre, which can be reached by 30 minutes of walking or by 5 minutes of driving. At the house, private parking is available free of charge. The "Nonni Pierino e Ermelinda" apartment (studio-apartment of 60 square meters) has a fully equipped kitchen, large table, fridge (no freezer), induction hob and microwave. The bathroom has a large shower, hairdryer, towels, and other bathroom amenities. An internal staircase leads to the sleeping area located on the mezzanine. The apartment has a sofa-bed, and we provide you with bedsheets and blankets. For the coldest periods, you can use the heat of the wood-burning fireplace (you must always ask for directions for lighting and you will be provided with the necessary to light it, the first basket of wood is free, the following ones for a fee). The apartment is located on the first floor of the house, and it is accessible via an internal staircase or from the outside. In the external staircase there is a stairlift that allows access to the structure to all our guests, ensuring adequate solutions even for the people with reduced mobility.
